Mixed salad leaf
Bodkin's fermented white cabbage & chilli flakes
Leftover loaded gnocchi
Tomato & pepper cooked for a few minutes in a blob of butter with turmeric & all-purpose seasoning
A sprinkle of nooch (nutritional yeast)
Boil the sweet potatoes. Wash the veggies and layer all ingredients in a salad bowl. Sprinkle some nutritional yeast on top and enjoy!
