Fermented Cabbage Fried Rice


Yummy vegan fermented cabbage fried rice recipe developed by Alice.

Ingredients:

oil
spring onion
garlic
ginger
coriander
tofu
carrot
courgette
bell pepper
bodkins fermented white cabbage & chilli flakes
peas
rice
tamari (gf soy sauce)

Method:

Fry the onion and garlic until nicely golden. In the meantime, cook the rice and let it cool down. 

Once the onion and garlic is ready, add all the other veggies and tofu. Fry them on low heat. Add soy sauce and rice once the veggies are almost ready and fry everything together for another couple of minutes. Once done, add Bodkin's fermented chili cabbage. 

Adding the cabbage separately and not frying it, helps to preserve all the good bacteria and nutritional benefits.
