Fermented Veggie Salad


Balanced plate, including sources of protein, fibre & probiotic created by Grace.

Ingredients:

Roasted sweet potato with seeds
Cucumber topped with crispy onions 
Avocado

Tomato

Vegan mozarella with balsamic glaze
Lettuce, peas & mangetout with  vegan mayo
baby gherkins
vegan tuna mixed with soy sauce, lemon juice & nori
Bodkins.uk red cabbage 
Vegan cheese shaker sprinkled on top 

Method:

The salad is really simple to make. All you need to do is to bake the sweet potato until soft and chop the rest of the ingredients. Then, simply place everytyhing on a plate, sprinkle some vegan cheese and sauce on top. And enjoy!
