Homemade Vegan Reuben Hotdog


Homemade Reuben Hotdog ūüĆ≠ Topped with pulled jackfruit, smoked applewood vegan cheddar, pickles, sauerkraut & homemade Russian sauce by Soph.

Ingredients:

1 Meatless (vegan) hotdog
1 hot dog bun
A few pinches of vegan cheese 
1 tbsp pickled cabbagefrom Bodkin's
2 slices of pickles 

For pulled pork:
1/4 tin jackfruit 
1 tsp bbq sauce 
100ml stock cube

For sauce:
1 tbsp vegan mayo 
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp ketchup 

 

Method:

Slice the bun and add the pickles. Make up the Russian sauce. Cook hotdog in a pan with a little oil. Once cooked add to bun. Shred the jackfruit and cook with stock and bbq sauce on a high heat until to get a sticky pulled pork consistency and add to the hotdog. Add Bodkin's fermented cabbage and sauce. Top with cheese and enjoy!
