Saute the broccoli and tofu in a pan with sesame oil. Once the broccoli is almost done add sweet chilli sauce and a spalcsh of water and allow to coat the veggies and protein.
Boil the edamame to package instructions, drain anda add a pinch os seaweed salt.
Add the cooked rice, greens, edamame, sauteed veggies and tofu to a bowl and top with Bodkin's, sesame seeds, chopped spring onions and a drizzle of sweet chilli. Enjoy!
