We show you techniques that help the efficiency of your own digestive system which you can use yourself at home.

If you are living with indigestion, constipation or general digestive system problems Bodkin’s self-help massage classes are a great way to learn how to support your own digestive system.

The massages are based on Chi Nei Tsang – an ancient Chinese practice

Bodkin’s self-help digestive massages are based on Chi Nei Tsang, an ancient Chinese practice created by Taoist monks to directly massage internal organs to improve blood flow, movement and energy throughout the body.

The Digestive Massage Classes

Each self-help digestive massage class lasts 1 hour.

Classes are split into three sections:

1. Relaxation techniques

2. Techniques to support the digestive system

3. Techniques to help the effectiveness of a specific organ

Class numbers are limited. You need to sign up for a class in advance. Unfortunately, you can’t just turn up on the day.

A full course of 5 classes is recommended. However, you can sign up for an individual class.

  • 1 Class - £20

  • 5 Classes - £75

Classes take place on Tuesday evenings 6-7pm

You need to be over 18 to participate.

Unfortunately, you can’t participate if you have any of the following:

  • Thrombosis

  • Cancer

  • Aneurism

  • An infectious disease

  • Acute inflammation

  • Are pregnant or suspect you may be pregnant

  • IUD

  • Pacemaker

  • Abdominal surgery in the last 12 months
